Everyday People.

Everday Life.

Onelife is a non-denominational church in Wichita Falls, TX.  We're focused on Jesus...who He is, what He's done, and what He's doing.  We're not perfect, but "in process".  We're being changed every single day and dare to share our lives with the people God places in our paths.  People matter, and we value relationships.  We believe that in sharing life with one another we grow closer to God and one another. The bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers.

We moved to WF in the summer of 2020. My husband and I are both active duty military so we knew we’d be here for a few years but not much longer than that, and so we wanted to get involved in a church as soon as possible. After trying a few churches, we stumbled across Onelife Community Church and immediately it felt like home. We were welcomed and seen the very first day that we walked through the doors. Through Next Steps, connecting with a community group, and volunteering in Kidlife, we quickly got to know people and began building relationships. During our time at Onelife, we’ve experienced incredible growth in our marriage and witnessed God changing our hearts to be more like his. We’ve learned so much about what Godly community looks and feels like and how the Church Family should function. We feel very fortunate to have tasted a bit of the Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven at Onelife.

Finding a community to call family. That was one of our goals when moving from Bossier City, LA to Wichita Falls, TX. Our church had become our biggest support system away from blood relatives and we knew it was important for us and our kids to surround ourselves with a similar community. Although we had a slow start getting connected, thanks to Covid entering from stage right and stealing the show, we are thankful we found Onelife. Because of their honesty, humanity, and real character, they helped us to step out and love our community the way Jesus always meant for us to, to just meet people where they are. If you are looking for a place that has a set hierarchy where you can climb to the top of the Pastor's inner circle, move on, this community is too real for that. But if you want a place to come to where everyone is approachable, welcoming, and honest then Onelife Community Church is the perfect place to call home away from home.
